Q: What shall I do if my goods are faulty
or have been damaged in transit?

Please return the item to our address via recorded delivery, including
the invoice and a small note explaining the reason for return. FAULTY
GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. As soon as we receive
the item and it has been tested we will either refund your card/
account or send a replacement product.

normal hours of business) and we'll do the rest.
Q: What if the products ordered are not in stock?

We have worked hard to maintain high stock levels of all our products.
Should we for some reason be unable to deliver to the promise made
we will be in contact by phone or email within a few hours of receiving
your order.
Should you require the products quicker than the online promise

to meet your requirements.

for details. However it is our strict policy that new customers
pay upfront for their first three orders, and we do not offer accont
